Midas Home Improvements is our founder's residential painting business, a separate entity.
After half a decade of meticulous searching and labor testing in the residential paint sector, the founder of Midas Home Improvements partnered with its favorite foreman, Timoteo Sena, to carry out more complex, more robust commercial coating projects.
Commercial Services are delivered through Midas Commercial Coatings LLC, operated by two, maximally proficient painting professionals, leveraging 30 years of combined experience in painting, staining, and drywall/composite siding/cedar siding/stucco siding/trim restoration & replacement.
We understand the difference between working for homeowners, and working for corporations/business entities. You have a boss, who has a boss, etc etc.
We'll keep everyone happy.
Our founder went to college... this isn't trivial.
Our job is to make YOU look good, while you continue operating your business processes per usual. All we need is careful pre-production planning, and 1 point of contact. The rest will follow.
